Is from Laguna Niguel, CA. He received his Bachelor of Science in Molecular, Cell Biology in 2007 from UCLA. Dr. Farshidi then attended Dental School at UCLA where he received his D.D.S in 2011. Following dental school, Dr. Farshidi moved to Hartford, CT to attend his Surgical residency at the prestigious Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMS) program at the University of Connecticut.

In addition, Dr. Farshidi has also completed 2 years of General Surgery training and 4 months of Anesthesia training. He also served as Chief Resident during his last year of residency, and received his M.D. from UCONN in 2013. Dr. Farshidi is eligible to be a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon from the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Farshidi is trained in a wide range of advanced specialty cases in full scope oral surgery. His expertise includes orthognathic procedures, temporomandibular joint surgery, cleft and craniofacial surgery, major head and neck trauma, general anesthesia/IV sedation, dental implants and bone grafts, dental alveolar surgery, full arch fixed reconstruction, all-on-four, teeth-in-a-day, and treatment of wisdom teeth.

Dr. Farshidi is an active member in various professional associations including AAMOS, ADA, and AMA.

Dr. Farshidi currently lives in Laguna Niguel with his wife, Sanam, who is a California native and works in advertising. In their free time, Dr. Farshidi and his wife enjoy traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with their friends and family.
